This would increase Spinks’ engagement with its existing talent while simultaneously cutting the cost of finding new candidates.
Our solution
PitchMe’s Database Enrichment solution drew data from over 30 digital sources to enrich 30,000 profiles in Spinks’ talent database with more in-depth information on candidates’ hard and soft skills.
To demonstrate the value of this enriched database, PitchMe also trialled matching and shortlisting for Spinks’ open roles.
