PitchMe’s Database Enrichment solution drew data from over 30 digital sources to enrich 30,000 profiles in Spinks’ talent database with more in-depth information on candidates’ hard and soft skills.

To demonstrate the value of this enriched database, PitchMe also trialled matching and shortlisting for Spinks’ open roles.
